-We want you to love the item you purchased. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly refund your purchased price within 7 days of receipt to the payment method provided.
-You may return items up to 30 days after receiving package for store credit only. Your credit will be given to you with a code. Sorry, shipping costs will not be refunded.
-Please notify us at email@example.com before returning any item. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unscented (detergent, perfume, etc) , tags still attached and in its original packaging. Please note that we are not responsible for shipping costs, and reserve the right to refuse an exchange / return if it does not meet our return policy standards.
-All store credit must be used within 90 days. After the 90 days, your store credit will expire. This credit can be used on all items.
-In the event of an exchange, we will cover the cost of reshipping your new item.
-We strive for your purchase to arrive in excellent condition. In the event of a defective item: Please email: firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damaged item. After review of these items, We work with our customers 100% by sending a new item, or refunding your payment in full after the damaged item is shipped back to us!
**Please Note: Once an order ships from us to you, we are not responsible for lost , delayed or undelivered packages. We apply tracking to every order and rely on that information. If you do not receive your package, and your tracking is stated as "Delivered" , contact your local post office for assistance.
